When you register with us or apply for a role, we may collect:

  • National Insurance number and/or Unique Tax Reference

  • References from previous employers
  • DBS check results (where required for the role)

Clients

When you engage us to fill a vacancy, we may collect:

  • Business name and registered address
  • Contact names, job titles, phone numbers and email addresses
  • Billing and invoicing information

In line with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, candidate records are kept for a minimum of one year from the date they are created or from the last date we provided you with work finding services.

In practice, we will delete your personal data after three years if we have had no meaningful contact with you. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
